Our Labyrinth Walk
Labyrinths are an ancient archetype dating back 4,000 years or more, used as a walking meditation. Representing growth and transformation, a labyrinth can bring a sense of clarity, peace, and serenity.
There is no right or wrong way to walk a labyrinth; do what is right and natural for you while being respectful of others walking. Allow yourself to go the pace your body wants. Try to clear your mind and be open to thoughts and feelings.

Building
So many hours of raking, measuring and 600 bricks to create a labyrinth in the woods. My deepest thanks to all the family members who helped make it happen.
Walking
When you come to Sacred Pines, I invite you to walk the labyrinth at least once. Use this walking meditation to let go of stress and find your focus, your center, your peace.
